Welcome to the Foreign Prisoners Network in Mauritius
The Foreign Prisoners Network introduces its mission to support foreign inmates in Mauritius — providing assistance, advocacy and a sense of community to those incarcerated abroad.
As an organization dedicated to supporting foreign inmates in Mauritius, we understand the challenges and difficulties you may face while incarcerated in a foreign land. Our mission is to provide assistance, resources, and a sense of community to ensure that you are not alone during this challenging time.
At the Foreign Prisoners Network, we are keenly aware of the issues surrounding the Mauritius Police System and the conditions within the Mauritius Prison System. We acknowledge the reports of misbehavior and misconduct that have brought attention to these institutions. It is our aim to advocate for fair treatment, humane conditions, and justice for all inmates, regardless of their background or nationality.
We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and we are here to support you in any way we can. Through our network of volunteers, legal advocates, and support services, we strive to make your experience more bearable and to ensure that your rights are upheld.
Join us in creating a community of support and solidarity for foreign prisoners in Mauritius. Together, we can work towards a more just and equitable system for all.
Welcome to the Foreign Prisoners Network in Mauritius. You are not alone.
